Required some frame grommets for my Giant Defy and the customer service was excellent. The person I spoke to new exactly what they were and where to look for them in their stock dept. One of the grommets were out of stock but as promised they arrived within a week and a half. Postage was a bit expensive but the service I received outweighed that.

Fantastic customer service and support on purchasing first road bike! The lady I dealt with in store I didn’t catch her name but she was so helpful! Would recommend anyone to go here if you are looking for a new bike in the Bury St Edmunds area!

Dropped off a wheel after spoke broke over weekend for replacement, trueing and new tubeless tape on a Monday. Was told the workshop was rather busy yet received a call the following day advising the wheel had been repaired (at minimal cost). I also previously bought a bike from the shop for my son and they built up two sizes in next to no time just form him to try both for best fit. Staff are incredibly helpful and approachable. I never felt any sale pressure from the shop either. A real asset to have this shop locally :-)

Recently I took my bike in to be fixed, after coming off on a patch of ice. As usual the service was outstanding. All the staff are really friendly, the work is completed efficiently and is great value for money. Whenever anything needs doing I simply say "Just treat the bike as if it were yours." They always do. You can trust these people completely.

Lovely staff extremely friendly and helpful. Travelled from London to purchase the Giant Propel Advanced. They took good care of me. Gorgeous shop with a very wide selection of bikes. Would definitely recommend these guy for their bespoke service to your needs.

I have never been anything other than impressed with Revel Outdoors. The staff are extremely accommodating and will always make an effort to squeeze you in. The best bit is that you can be assured that the advice you get is utterly honest and no work will be undertaken unless necessary, in short you can trust them! Excellent staff and service.

Very impressed with the service. I needed spare Giant side clamps, these guys seemed to be the only place to have it, or at least to sell it online. Ordered early afternoon yesterday, the next morning my spare arrived with 1st class RM, just in time for the weekend.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Had a mechanical problem with the bike and very limited time to get it repaired but Sarah and the team achieved it well within the deadline. Mechanical repairs excellent and very reasonably priced. Excellent customer service.
